FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Which products are made to order?

All Snarklore products currently sold through this store are made to order after payment. We do not hold finished inventory for these items.

How long does production take?

Allow approximately 2–5 business days for production. Production time is separate from shipping time.

How long does shipping take?

Available shipping methods, prices, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for the products and destination in your cart. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or address problems can add time. See Shipping information.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout after the package ships. Tracking may take a short time to show movement.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@snarklore.com. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund. See Returns.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind or chose the wrong size?

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. Review the product measurements before ordering.
